Natwest Mortgage with previous PDL

Hello, just wondering if anyone has any history of getting a Natwest mortgage after historical use of pay day loans? My last PDL was just over 2 years ago, no defaults etc so just wondering if I’m panicking over something that I shouldn’t be? My partners credit history is squeaky clean so just hoping my bad judgement doesn’t affect our application?
We currently have a mortgage on our current property and have for approx 5 years now with no missed payments etc.

We are applying with HTB on our new home so 75% LTV. No loans, credit cards, debt etc etc.
Application went through the initial checks fine and the valuation has been completed with no problems. Just to now wait for final checks to be done before we get to the offer stage.
Hoping someone can put my mind at ease?
TIA

They should be ok.
Generally speaking Natwest are usually ok if you have not had any for 6-12 months. There can be exceptions to that, but at 2 years without any and no adverse, I would think you will be fine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We’ve had our ATP on the HTB, valuation was all fine, initial mortgage AIP was fine so literally just waiting for the mortgage offer now.
