NatWest

Options
Hello, I’m just wondering if anyone has experience with NatWest and their timeline?

We submitted our full application and documents and fees etc on the 12/10. Said it was received and under review etc on the 13/10
had a call off estate agents to say valuation had been booked and was carried out 26/10

I’m wondering if anyone has similar experience with this sort of timeframe? Do they carry out their underwriting process the same time as valuation? Or fingers crossed could we potentially expect an offer soon?

We’re waiting as well similar dates to you but we’ve asked for it to go to underwriting before valuation. Not heard anything yet

Look at this thread to get an idea of timelines:

They instruct the valuation as soon as they receive your application (unless you specifically ask them to wait till it has been underwritten). The application may not then get seen by the underwriters for a few weeks, it all depends on current service levels, the complexity of your situation and how complete the application is.
