The beauty box has 10 beauty products, including three full size, worth more than £120.

Having selected clothing that was over £30 but under £50 I was eligible to get the beauty box for £20 but not get free delivery so I selected click and collect from my local store. However I was then advised the beauty box was only available for delivery and therefore I was still going to be charged £3.50 just to get the beauty box delivered and 2 weeks later. If I switched to delivery there was only one delivery charge but items were still going to be delivered in two parts with the beauty box not being delivered for 2 weeks!

It does clearly say on the site, it will be delivered at a later date and that its only available for home delivery.

Due to high demand your Beauty Edit Box will arrive after your qualifying order and is only available for home delivery. Qualifying orders will still be able to be picked up in your chosen store, and your Edit Box will be delivered to your home address at a later date. Thank you for your patience.

I bought mine this week and all the contents are excellent. It is great value and the items I don't want will be perfect stocking fillers for daughter. I still think M & S are missing a trick by not having a advent calendar this year. If ever there was year when people will want to treat themselves it is this year. Even on a budget this year I spent the required amount on undies and socks for family, i probably would have bought this and bought the advent calendar later if they had run two beauty offers .

I ordered this week and the clothes were delivered a few days later and the beauty box was only a day later. Didn't need signature so they could leave it in a safe place
