Help to Buy Authority to exchange amendments - strange requests?

Hi
Amidst all the current delays, I was issued with my ATP back in August. Applied for my ATE, and it was rejected for an amendment of my mortgage offer being rounded down by £1 as they only issue mortgages in multiples of £5s 🙄 Resubmitted and went to bottom of the pile where I then had to get another ATP. I’m now 45 days delayed on exchange. Gutted today that then the second ATE was rejected for 3 reasons:
1) Typo on county
2) Solictors form hadn’t been adjusted from the £1 change last time
but, and most weirdly,
3) they stipulated was the buyer (me) aware it was a criminal offence to apply falsely and asked the solicitor to verify how qualifications.

Like what? Well of course, I understand this but it’s a legit application.
