Working from home tax relief - multiple employers

If one employer (part-time) pays a working from allowance of £3/week but the other employer (also part-time) does not can I still claim working from home tax relief?

Are you choosing to work from home or required to do so as a result of COVID restrictions?

In the case of the employer that pays a working from home allowance it is because the employer does not have an office and there is no choice. Even before COVID I was working from home for that employer. In the case of the other employer it is because of COVID.
