Between 2006- 2007 I had a secured loan with Picture which was then taken over by Webb Resolutions. The loan was paid off but not discharged. My solicitors has been sending out forms for release but is receiving no reply. I have now been waiting two months to access my new mortgage but am stuck due to no fault of my own.Has anyone been in this situation and resolved it or managed to track an actual address on phone number? It seems that the company is dormant.
