Re-Upholsterers.......... Help Please....

We have an old leather 3 piece suite bought 15-20 years ago.  The leather is still in fabulous condition.  No rips or tears but the seating is all part of the unit.  No separate cushions.  Consequently, over time these have flattened and now you can feel the bare bones of the sofa and one of the armchairs.  Can this inner cushion (?) be renewed inexpensively or is it time to let go ?

Have you looked to see if there any hidden zips? All-in-one sofas do sometimes have them, even if they're not obvious.

There are companies who offer a re-filling service, you just have to email them a photo and they will quote for it.

I am a semi professional upholster.  I am assuming due to it age, it is stuffed with some sort of foam?  If it does have zips then there are places that can cut new foam pads to size.  It would be cheaper than a new sofa but not necessarily inexpensive depending on how you define that.  A professional could do it for you.  However, upholstery is actually much more time consuming than you think and they do charge accordingly.
