Hi.
Need advice as my shared ownership mortgage is coming to the end of a fixed rate mortgage. I would like to know what options I have and what would be best to do in future. There is £50,860 left and 13 years 6 months we own 25% share the original purchase price was £345,000 and now it’s worth £615,000.
TIA

I am Not a mortgage broker or advisor but what do you want to do ?
Do you have the income to buy a bigger share of the property ?
Do you want too ?
How much is the rent part each month and has that gone up ?
All depends on age, income, career, kids, debts and savings.
One for a broker to look at the big picture.
This might be your forever home with garden, parking, 2/3/4 bedrooms or a London flat we don't know !
That sort of price increase might mean you can never buy the other 75%.
