Update - We've had a change of mind as to which pension pots DH is going to take, and in which order, which means that he will able to benefit from this tax allowance during the current tax year.
Should I crack on with the application now, even though he won't actually have these earnings until September?
Basically, it's a pension worth c.£17,500, of which 25% will be tax free, leaving £13,125 taxable, which will no doubt get deducted at source, so he'll need to claim back the £2,625.How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0
