Right I've figured it out.  It's giving double the normal discount for some reason. Paid 4p for sausage and bacon triple with wotsits and mango machine smoothie. Paid 1.75 for chicken sandwich with walkers cheese and onion and Pepsi max. 
Best to do different transactions rather than try to stack offers. 
They're likely to fix this glitch at some point today.

Perhaps that should have been in your original post and the thread title included the word "glitch"

The glitch isn't in Express stores. Only Metro, superstore and Extra.
Many stores have noticed now so it probably is fixed.
