Cannot register Asda Christmas Gift Card on the Asda website

Tried with 5 different cards using different browsers but keep getting error card number and pin do not match.
Other members on the Hotukdeals forum have confirmed they cannot register their cards either so seems like Asda have an issue with the Christmas gift cards?
Can anyone else confirm the problem?
Emailed their tech support but useless as usual!

Give them a call and they should be able to sort it. But you have put the card number and pin on an open forum which could mean that anyone can phone and possibly get your balance.

I can confirm I got the same error message.

OP if you have any sense take that picture off the site.

Its ok i work in IT security lol
The card went in the bin along with the other 3 i used to test the system.
Did the fact that i mentioned using 5 cards not give you a clue lol
Apparently the answer is that you have to register the card at the Asda Customer service desk and put money on it before you can register it at home contrary to what it says on the Asda card instructions and website!
