Is there an online "Competency CV" template?

I've already signed up with My Perfect CV to write resumes, but the format is for a 5-year work history, which doesn't work for me as I've been working overseas for 8 years in a field totally unrelated to where I want to be (moving from being an editor to a hospital cleaner). I'm looking for a competency cv template showing skills, experience and competencies acquired over a 30+ year career, which offer assistance (like My Perfect CV).  I'm going cross-eyed searching on Google, so would appreciate any suggestions.
