Lender reporting different addresses to different CRA's

I applied for a loan in August. It was added to all three of my CRA files with correct information. A month later, the lender removed it from all my files then added it again. I've just noticed that they've re-added it with my old address, which I left in 2014. Very odd. I don't even think they asked for my old address during the application.
Would it be quicker to go through the loan provider, or raise disputes with all three CRA's?
Edit: Actually, it's just Equifax and TransUnion with the old address. Experian is my current address. Even stranger.
