Hi guys,
Hope you’re all well. I was just a week away from exchanging contacts for my new home. I emailed my solicitor just to make sure everything was fine. He then informed me that my environment search identified ground stability and that my lender now wants to inspect. The house is 5 years old. Do you think I have anything to worry about?. Thanks
