Provisional AIP with conditions, how does this look?

Hi,
I have a brilliant broker who managed to get me a Provisional AIP with some additional notes / conditions.
I am self employed with 1 year SA302 (got a BBL with my business bank for my limited company) and my husband is in full time employment.
The AIP we got is with Halifax and has the following notes:
  • This application will be referred for a review of the total debt held with xxx Bank, upon submission of a full application.
  • This application will be referred for a review of the Credit Bureau information, upon submission of a full application.
Can someone tell me what does this exactly mean? Also, how worried do I need to be?
Many Thanks

Pretty much every Halifax AIP has one, the other or both of those. If there was a problem, you would have been declined or had a lower maximum LTV applied such as "corrective action to proceed LTV exceeds 65% maximum for this application."
You don't have to have any debt with Lloyds Bank for that to come up.
