Anyone know where to buy these as the Phillips ones are nearly the price of the shaver. I have three shavers....

I know what you mean. The better quality ones are very expensive and I eventually found a brand new Phillips shaver heavily discounted around Black Friday as a Christmas promotion which was only a few pounds cheaper than buying similar specification replacement heads.
It's not the ecological option but it was good value!
The alternative option I found was to look on ebay for specialist UK based shaver spares websites. I found a couple that looked quite good.1 -
I'll try that. I've been caught with UK based suppliers on flea bay when the package arrives late from China...0

Pick up a cheap ultrasonic cleaner and disassemble and chuck the heads in every couple of months or when they're not performing as they use too.
My heads years old now and that brings it back as good as new.
Other tip is if it starts to squeal squirt some WD40 in the turny bits in the bottom half of the head!1 -
It's not that they're dirty it's that they don't cut well any more. I tried re sharpening to partial success0

That replacement head is 4 and a half years old now - but even brand new after 2-3 months use it'd start to struggle shaving.Philips RQ12/60 Replacement Shaving Head for Senso Touch 3D / Arcitec
Already had a cheap ultra sonic so thought what if I......... and it's as good as new afterwards for another couple of months.
How/what did you sharpen?
As iirc it's the thin foils that press against your face that do the cutting - the rotating things underneath just catch the hair that sticks though throwing it into the foil above so......... cleaning the foil opens up the little holes in it, plus it cleans the hair catcher and cleans out the rotating parts underneath that makes it all spin.
I might be wrong but......BPL said:It's not that they're dirty it's that they don't cut well any more. I tried re sharpening to partial success1
