Hi,
We are currently waiting for an update on our application that was submitted a month ago. Hopefully we will progress to valuation - however we are due to go into lockdown this evening in Wales for 17 days. Will Valuations still go ahead does anyone know? Its a new build, not on a development.
Thanks

I believe if the property is empty surveys can be undertaken.
Edit: I stand corrected. According to this link:
https://gov.wales/coronavirus-firebreak-frequently-asked-questions#section-53265
"People responsible for valuing and surveying are not prohibited from entering people’s homes, as long as it is managed in a safe way and both the worker and household members are well and have no symptoms of coronavirus."1 -
