Sickness/constructive dismissal

Hi i am after a bit of advice on were i stand. I wont bore you to much so will keep it brief. I have been on long term sickness due to workplace incident i am not fit to return to work as yet anyway i find myself in a really awkward situation at the beginning of my sickness work was in contact with me as normal.but now…

I think you're too close and (understandably) frustrated to be objective here. "Leaving messages" is obviously a waste of your time. Stop bothering with your workplace and start calling your union daily. You pay them to fight in your corner so make them do their job. Not emails and texts, phone calls.
