Getting CCJs Set Aside due to Financial Abuse

Has anyone had any success with getting CCJs set aside due to financial abuse? I'm about to apply to the court and wondered if anyone could offer advice on the best way to do this. Go straight in with the N244 form? Or get the other side to sign a consent form first? The debt is paid and 4 years old. I want to get a mortgage and so would like to get it removed.
Added to that, there has been zero support from any organisation or authority in regards to this in the short or long term, and I would like to see if they're willing to help! Over £60K of debt was built up as a result of domestic abuse, physical, financial, psychological - and no one has helped pay it off. HMRC and the Council wouldn't even discuss payment terms, utilities went to court and prison was threatened. All because of someone else's long-term criminal actions. There should be more in place to assist people to 1) deal with the debt they are left with 2) deal with the CCJs and defaults that remain on the file for 6 years. Only the person who's been through hell is punished by the authorities and financial organisations, whilst the abuser walks away with the money, zero debt and a clear credit file! I'd like to be able to get guidance in place to help other people through this.
