Bensons beds

I bought a bed in February 2020 from Bensons when it was put together we found the base was twisted they sent a salesman out to fix it he couldn't so they sent an engineer who said yes the base is twisted  they ordered another or so they said on the day it was due to be delivered I took a day off work only to receive a phonecard saying they couldn't find it I rang back in August to be told by the manager she would escalate it to customer services when I rang today customer services said they know nothing about it their willing to take the bed back and return our money but they have to pick the bed up first and then process our refund leaving us without a bed I feel I'm due some compensation for being messed about and lied to for the best part of 8 months
Any advice would be welcomed

    Are you sure this is the right part of the forum? Seems more like a Consumer issue to me and people there may give better and/or more knowledgeable advice.
