In many areas, midwives give these mags out at your first main appointment so it's not always necessary to order it.

The March issue also comes with a free DVD called "Happy Birth Day" which follows two women and their midwives through their pregnancies and birth. It also features Davina McCall, who is home birth ambassador for the NCT, talking about her home birth(s). She's not too Posh to push is our Davina.

Received a copy of this today.

The info on maternity pay is out-of-date though, as it doesn't make any reference to the new increased maternity pay which will apply to all women whose babies are due on or after 1st April 2007. (Which includes me, luckily!)

Still a good read. The NCT is a great organisation. Their ante-natal classes are excellent and the Nearly New Sales are a good source of good quality baby stuff without having to blow the budget!
