Moving In Together

Hi,
With all that going on in the world we have decided to sell up and move in with our parents. We are looking to demolish and rebuild a new home big enough for all us but will need some additional borrowing to complete this. I there a way to obtain a mortgage for the additional funds with our names on the deeds along with our parents? To clarify the current house requires a lot of work and after weighing up re-model and rebuild costs the rebuild won. The rebuild will be funded with the sale of our current property.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
Many Thanks
