Hello all
So yesterday i applied for BR amd this morning i received an email to say it has been approved. Ive been emailed the bankruptcy letter and the bankruptcy order and should wait for the official receiver to get in touch. Bit of a stupid question but am i definitely bankrupt now? Yes it's official now.
The examiner on behalf of the O.R will be in touch to arrange an interview over the phone.
They are doing a job and will not judge you...have you SOA to hand and just answer honesty.
You'll be fine please don't worry0 -

Well done! Yes, you're in it now. And that'll go on your credit reports next time they're all updated.
I came through a DRO, which is very similar to bankruptcy and it was really scary but also, such a weight off my shoulders. It's onwards and upwards now! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts.
