What kind of assets do you have? Property that you own - you may get a loan.0

Have you investigated Start-Up Loans?

If you are seeking a loan from a bank then you are going to need a solid, documented business plan. In addition, you will also need about 50% of the start-up cost to put in yourself. Banks generally don't see why they should take a risk on your business if you do not have sufficient faith in it to invest yourself.0
