Printing a photo wedding card with multiple wishes inside

Hello,
My friend at work is getting married. I want to print a photo card but need to also print multiple wishes inside the card. I need more flexibility than what most photo card companies can offer. If I could print a photo inside the card as well, I could prepare everyones wishes as a picture file and use that.
Can someone suggest a photo card provider that can support this?

I used moon pig for a leaving card for work during lockdown.
I personalised the front, then the 2 inside sides of the card I used everyone's messages saved as a pdf so everyone's handwritten messages were in the card, if that makes sence?Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0
