I received my email about extending my payment break. I had 3 options and have decided I need a further break. I submitted the form like the email said and I got an email back to say they can't extend my break as im still in my current break. My loan payment is next due on 1st November. Is anyone else experiencing the same at all?
They have sent the email with the options but I can't do the options they state which is rather silly

You have to wait until 2nd November then apply. I had to do that with my mortgage break.1

Lloyd’s have extended the interest free period on overdrafts up to £500 till next April, there’s a chance your bank may do the same with your loan.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks for the replies after 55 mins waiting on the phone I got some answers. So Natwest are ending the scheme on the 31st October this year. They won't accept any other extensions after this date. They did say that the reply I received is computer generated and some markers on my account were not removed. So my advice to anyone with this issue is to call.
Thanks @sourcrates that applies to an overdraft which the person I spoke to on the phone strongly advised that I do.0
