TPAS doesn't give financial advice, but it does give clear, helpful information, which is often all you need to help clear the fog.

Good idea for your company to pay into your pension scheme, but bear in mind you can't access those funds for many years - and you have a new cost centre, who is only going to get more expensive for the next 20 years+ !
