I have recently started a cleaning business which is going really well but I am at the point now where my weeks are full but I don’t want to just stay as I am I want to expand my business so I am unsure of how to take the next step of taking someone else on but having enough work for both of us.....help please 🙂

    Taking someone on is always a big risk and brings additional costs as well as just paying wages. Also you may lose the personal touch and be reliant on the quality of someone else's work. You really need to know that there is sufficient work out there and (I hate saying this!!) whomever you hire should be on a zero hours contract
