It does look like bankruptcy so you have two things to sort out: 1. The fees (£680 each) 2. The car. If it's essential, a car valued at under £1000 is exempt.
Hi sorry i missed that its 115. the car is valued at 9000 i still owe 8000. I dont know what i will do without a car the kids schools are 4miles away so would have to be taxis which is going to cost alot.
Doesnt look much scope there to raise £1000 plus two lots of £680 quickly, I make that £2360, they may as well stop paying the car as no way they get to keep it so there are some funds you can start to save to pay for the fee. If you have any undefaulted credit cards maybe start withdrawing cash off them, yes not a great thing to do normally but hardly going to matter and the OR will know you have done it to pay the fee so wont be an issue. If you are making any sort of payments to service the debts, stop now and save that money up towards the fees.
Hi im paying £1 token payments apart from the hp car. My son Regular kicks of on buses really difficult especially when have my youngest to look after also. He is going through autism assessment and also has a full time 1-1 at school. Extremely difficult
If your children have to go to school 4 miles away then they’re entitled to help from your local authority (council). This would normally be a bus pass, but if you speak to them and discuss your sons circumstances they may be able to provide other alternatives. https://www.gov.uk/free-school-transport
Most of the children in the ASP my wife teaches get a taxi or minibus to school (paid for by the council).

The no council tax thing is a bit odd though.
As for taxis to school....well we have no idea where you live. Bus routes exist surely?
