Just wondering if anyone is in the process of taking a mortgage with them or already has one, and any problems that you might have had? Expected timescales?
They have a good 5 year fixed-rate, 85% LTV, no fees, 2.88% interest, for first-time buyers which I am going to apply for tomorrow with my partner.
