10k, Missed a call from Heart Radio

Hello everyone!
I entered a Heart Radio competition on Thursday and Friday and I had a miss call from them today (Saturday). Will they call me again or have I just lost 10k?!

the winners of the 10k are phoned back within 20 minutes as often done hourly - is the the 10am-4pm monday friday one?

I haven't been phoned again today. It's the 8am-4pm Monday to Friday one

they wont try more than once, if no answer they move to next person. prize goes each hour the trigger artist is played and paid out by end of the day

Because they didn't call on the days I entered, I didn't think I had won so I didn't keep my phone on me

maybe a win from an online competition? How do you know it was the daily 10am-4pm one?

How do you know it was Heart that rang? A radio station call is usually off a withheld number and if the competitipn was for mon - fri I don't think they would ring on a Saturday, especially as comping king says  the hourly one is triggered by an artist playing on that day
