Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter & their families.
2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted via www.studio.co.uk/celeb or the Studio App and only one entry per person is permitted.
4. This prize draw consists of two draws, the first on 3rd November 2020 and the second on 23rd November 2020 with one winner in each draw.
5. The opening date for entries is 00.01am on 10th October 2020.
6. The closing date of the first prize draw is 12pm on 2nd November 2020. Entries received after this time will not be counted towards the first prize draw.
7. The closing date of the second prize draw is 11:59pm on 22nd November 2020. Entries received after this time will not be counted towards the second prize draw.
8. Non- winners from the first prize draw will be automatically rolled over for entry into the second prize draw.
9. The winner from the first prize draw is excluded from entering the second prize draw.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
11. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 3rd November 2020 ("First Draw Date").
12. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 23rd November 2020 ("Second Draw Date").
13. Each winner can in the 12 months following the relevant Draw Date choose goods to the value of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) from the Promoter’s website, www.studio.co.uk.
14. The first winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 5pm on 3rd November 2020. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
15. The second winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before 12pm on 23rd November 2020. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
17. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who writes to ‘IAC Competition, Marketing Department, Studio Retail Ltd, Church Bridge House, Henry Street, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 4EE’ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6 and 7. The Promoter must provide information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
19. Both winners' first names and home town/county will be displayed within the Studio TV advert and featured across the Promoter’s social channels/website.
20. ITV is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes.
21. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 18 & 19 with regard to the announcement of winners.
24. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
25. The Promoter of this prize draw is Studio Retail Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 00718151 whose registered office is at Church Bridge House, Henry Street, Accrington, United Kingdom.

I didn't get any sort of confirmation but the URL changed with all my info in it & cleared all the fields. I didn't tick for marketing so not sure if this is obligatory even though the wording doesn't specify you must sign up
