Does anyone knoe if this is possible?.
I,ll tell you the reason why, i have a house i,m buying at the minute with about £20k left to pay off but i would like to move to another house and keep this one to rent.
Do i have to go down the buy to rent road or does anyone know of any other way i can do this hopefully as cheaply as possible..

You can get consent to let from your current lender.
Your new lender will disregard your current mortage, as long as the rent covers the mortgage payments.
