Anyone had a Mortgage Approved with Bluestone on a Barratt Timberframe build

The property I am buying is a timber frame with brick build by Barratt Homes. 

Has anyone bought a house like this and used bluestone as their mortgage provider?

If so any issues?

Thank for your comment, there doesn’t seem to be much information on my specific question as was wondering if anyone has actually had a bluestone mortgage approved on a barratt property that’s been built with a timber frame and brick.
