Newcastle BS product transfer.

My husband has changed his employed status to self-employed, therefore we need to stay with our current lender - Newcastle Building Society. Our 2 years fixed rate offer ends on 31st January 21. We borrowed £142 500 with deposit £7500 (95% LTV) Rate: 3,69%. Term: 30 years.
Has anyone got any idea what would they offer for a product transfer? Will we need to pay any fees? Is it worth to use an agent for product transfer?
I would really appreciate any help.
Many thanks!
