Petition to Govt to demand that the Competition Market Authority (CMA) National Trading Standards (NTS) and Trading Standards Services (TSS) take action to uphold the consumer protections afforded owners under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, The Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and those Acts that precede the current legislation but remain applicable to owners.

The fact that owners suffer from the illegal and aggressive practices of the industry is not as a result of inadequate legislation, but as a result of the failure of the Regulated Authorities charged with upholding that legislation. For far too long now these Authorities have cherry picked which consumer issues they have been willing to take on board, quite possibly, to achieve performance indicators designed to make them look successful.

They have been aware for a considerable period of time that this area of consumer business has systemic and endemic issues detrimental to many thousands of hard working and in particular, middle aged to retried people. Many of who will have had their life savings wiped out as a result of illegal business practices. Yet still they turn a blind eye, expecting individual consumers to tackle multi million pound companies for what are often simple and straightforward consumer complaints.

We may win individual battles against companies but we will not change those companies until such time as Government steps in and demands those, in public office charged with protecting consumers carry out their legal duties and responsibilities.

Our last Petition resulted in the Government being 'AWARE' of the mis-selling issues.

Please put as much effort as possible into promoting our this petition by circulating it across all the social media platforms and group pages, asking friends, relatives, work colleagues, the milkman, post woman and your MP to sign it, along with any one else you can get your hands on.

Once the Petition starts gaining momentum we will be writing once more to the CMA, NTS, TSS and CAB using on going examples of the aggressive, dishonest and illegal practices across the industry.

We will use evidence of illegal practices and unfair terms being operated by a company that has been brought to our attention over the past few months by many of their owners from many of their parks.

We will be asking you to submit your stories so please start drafting them in brief pointing out the malpractice and losses etc.

Take Action! Take It Now! And Continue To Take It Until This Industry Operates Fair Treatment Of Consumers and Respects Consumer Legislation!
