You can resign while sick anyway so the returning to work is a not really an issue.
Resign 1st April or later of the cut off date is 31 March.0 -
I resigned while sick. I sent in my notice 4 weeks before my latest sick note ran out so never went back. It's perfectly okay to do so.0
