I'm currently paying my ex £200 a month as have joint custody of my son. He is with me 50% of the time. When the claim against me was first made my ex was (intentionally) on a low income. My son has now told me she is moving in with her new partner and will be renting out her house (which she owns outright as part of our divorce agreement). The rent on the house will be approximately £800 a month.
Does this affect what I should be paying her? Her outgoings will essentially be nil and her income greatly enhanced.
Thanks for any advice.
Dave.

The contribution is calculated from the NRP's income less any qualifying nights the DC stays with the NRP, all other circimstancial  evidence is not used in the calculation.

If you have joint care, then i dont see why anyone is paying anything?

Her income isn't taken into account. Check you are getting all the deductions you should be if you have him 50% of the time.

You are expected to pay towards the support of your child, irrespective of the wealth or income of your ex-partner.
