  • for me i am going to buy talk time anyway for the kids phones and my works phone.. so might as well buy the talk time now and get free phones....

i also went via quidco... tracked allready, and it has tracked at the full price not the speical offer..... so i have got over £2. odd coming back in cashback....

plus the 40 extra points which is £1.60 in deals....

so i cant see why people are complaining about the phone, or the cost....

That was the same with me, I needed talk time for the kids phones, so got a spare phone as a bonus.

if you find you are not going to use the 'spare phone' you could either give it to someone for a christmas pressie..... sell it on ebay.... or if you collect tesco club card poonts you can get the 'recycle your mobile phone' envelopes and send it away and get 500 points for it.. which works out 320 in deals....

It is going to be a spare in case the kids go out somewhere that they don't want to risk losing their own phones but thanks for that Cooltrikerchick - good idea.

Anyone else taken delivery of their phone yet? Mine arrived this evening - minus the £20 airtime. I phoned them up and they are going to chase the delivery people about it tomorrow.

Phone looks horrible but will come in handy if I want to do a part ex anywhere. I was only needing the top-ups.
  • the phone comes with a tesco sim and £1 credit, if you already have a tesco phone you can ping yourself a pound from it. Go to tesco mobile site and put in the new sim phone number (make sure your new sim is in you current mobile) do the pin thing by the text, then add your existing number to the ping me a pound. Then go back to your old sim on your existing phone and ring 2703. Hope this works ok :)

  • I received mine Alison - the (2x £10) airtime came at the same time from the same courier (HDNL) but in a seperate padded envelope. Bit ridiculous really
