A2 EWS1 form and Halifax

Good afternoon all, is there anyone to contact in order to check if the EWS1 form has been signed off by a qualified person?

I’m in the situation where I have an A2 EWS1 form but Halifax (well e.surv at this point) stated that the form has been signed by a not qualified person despite approving three mortgages in the same property with the same form?

The person that signed the form is a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) and he has a BEng.

I’m so shattered as I’ve been dealing with this situation for over a year now, and I had to pull out from three purchases previously.

Do I need to ask the person who signed off the form to write a cover letter stating his qualifications? I really don’t know what to do!
