    As a sole trader, I don't think that matters, at least on the question of tax deductibility, as that depends on the use to which the car is put. There may be other issues though.

    Do you mean the second phone contract?
    If you are referring to the car, whenever I have looked, business lease has always been advantageous to personal lease.  I have not looked for a number of years, so things may have changed.

    If you are referring to the car, whenever I have looked, business lease has always been advantageous to personal lease.  I have not looked for a number of years, so things may have changed.
    Yes was referring to a phone contract.  Want to buy a new iphone for work/tethering exclusively and keep my current number and contract for personal use.
