My son will be 18 in December 2020. Currently he is at college 2 half days a week, approx 10 hours. He also has a job where he is earning 700 - 800 every 4 weeks. Once he is 18 do I still have a legal obligation to continue paying £150 per month for my son?

On what basis do you currently have to pay £150/month?
If it is a court order, the wording of the court order is important as to what age the obligation will end, but "Full Time Education" is normally understood to mean at least 12 hours of tuition, practical work, supervised study, taking exams during term time.
If it is a Child Maintenance Service arrangement, then the same definition of "Full Time Education" applies. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
It depends if his mother gets child benefit (which she shouldn't if he is only at college for 10 hours a week. ) because as long as she is in receipt of CB then maintenance is payableLBM Debt Total : £48,326.50

Its a mutual agreement between us. Thanks for the replies. It appears the reduced college hours are due to the pandemic so I'm going to continue paying 150 per month for another year.0
