Time to reverse a chargeback - 45 days or 45 working days?

Just read the great article on reversing chargebacks and there's a point made that the retailer has 45 days to provide proof to reverse the chargeback if they want (a 'clawback' I beleive it's called). Is this 45 days including weekends ect or 45 working days?
Thanks a lot in advance
