OR does not live in a bubble, they realise the fee can be a problem for a lot of people, and with no government funding, it’s down to self preservation in the end, you do what you have to do, and as long as you are honest about it, it’s not an issue, and nor should it be.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. You won't see it in writing but if you talk to someone from the OR office they will tell you exactly what sourcrates said - yes, it's wrong, but not in the public interest to prosecute. They made card payment the default way of paying the fee after they took the application online...0
