Uber - have taken a large number of payments which cannot be accounted for and [....]

which they say they cannot locate. They say I should contact my bank, which I will do so, but this is unacceptable.
Do you know which financial or other authority I should report this to? 
I only discovered these because I spent an hour going through all my Uber charges to double check. I'm sure this is happening with many other people too.
