Re-mortgage with fiancée

Hello, 

My current mortgage is due for renewal at the start of the New Year and I’m like some advice if possible. 

My fiancée and I would like to own the house together. Obviously I’ve got equity in the house from my initial deposit, repayment and value increase. My thoughts are that my fiancée would contribute the equivalent of my deposit amount towards the renewal/remortgage etc. She’s happy with that and I’m more than willing for whatever ‘profit’ I have tied into the house to be shared. 

How straightforward is this? Will it be a remortgage or a new purchase? My fiancée hasnt owned a house previously and has money in a help to buy isa. 

Any advice etc would be greatly appreciated thanks
