We are all completed through the mortgage application process for a new build house which was due to be built end of December. The house build date is now end of January. The paperwork states that the mortgage offer expires mid January and I'm going to assume it's a simple case of just some sort of re-application process. Has anyone had any experience of this before and was it a simple process?
