Property address on Mortgage offer incorrect

Hi,

So we discovered today that the property address on our mortgage offer is incorrect. This is was definitely our fault. We were originally going to purchase a house across the road from the house we are buying and I totally missed the number difference on the submission (via broker), you could say it was an easy mistake to make, but stupid obviously.

My concern is will this impact our application in any way? I’m certain that the valuation on the property we should be buying won’t be below what we’re borrowing as the two properties are very similar. I will be speaking with the broker tomorrow on this anyway but just wanted to check in here first.

As a note, the mortgage offer is with Barclays and we have an existing mortgage with them.
