Q1) My employer is refusing to share a fully income protection policy with me . Can they do that ?
Q2) My employer changed Income protection policy provider and they did not announce, can they do that ?

I presume this is a group policy? If they’re paying for it, I guess they can change to who they like.
What is the issue underlying your questions - might be quicker to cut to the chase.

it is a benefit in kind so they are effectively giving you a subsidy. they can choose the provider as they are giving you the benefit. you don't have to take the option and can opt out entirely if you believe that you can get a better quote yourself indepently but you would not get any subsidy from the employer if you did it yourself.0
