Mortgage Valuation Fee Refunded? Precise Mortgages

Hi
In urgent need of advice - we had our mortgage application out last week. After receiving a mortgage in principal.
Precise mortgage had taken a £475 valuation fee 3 days ago but today, they have refunded our valuation fee. Because it's the weekend i am unable to get hold of my mortgage broker.
Does this mean we’ve been rejected but haven’t been told yet?
